Stories of growth and possibility

Every achievement deserves to be shared with dignity.

The centre works toward a future where each girl and young woman can thrive, make choices and create positive change.

Impact at a glance

Progress is built through care, skills and support.

The centre offers a two-year programme that prepares beneficiaries for relevant NVTI examinations. Training is complemented by literacy, numeracy, entrepreneurship, financial literacy and career guidance.

After graduation, beneficiaries are given start-up support to help them establish a sustainable livelihood. Individual employment, certification and business outcomes are shared only when the details are confirmed and the person has agreed to publication.

Respect and consent

Personal stories belong to the people who lived them.

Names, photographs and personal details will be published only with appropriate informed consent. Each storyteller must have the opportunity to review and approve their account. We will not publish a personal story without that permission.

Individual stories will be added here when participants have chosen to share them.

What we hope to celebrate

Achievements shaped by opportunity.

With consent, future stories may highlight a qualification, a first job, a new enterprise or another milestone chosen by the young woman herself.
